How can I Hide or Minimize Command Window for ".NET Precompile Assembly".
Please take a look at http://community.acresso.com/archive/index.php?t-121744.html.
I wonder if development team is working on this? It should be possible to supress command window for ngen during the install. I will get a lot of complaints on this for sure. Please let us know if this is on the road map. thanks!
Not sure if this is the right forum for this kind of questions/requests.

Re-sending this... InstallShield should definetly provide a functionlity to supress the windows when calling an executable as a Custom Action. How should this be communicated to the internal team?

This should be a relatively simple thing to do. Instead it looks like I'm going to have to duplicate the custom action and make sure it runs properly for install, uninstall, rollback, etc. just to hide the window. The precompile option is awesome but I can't use it because the window isn't suppressed.
