Symptoms:

Visual Studio crashes when editing Visual C++ header file

Steps to Reproduce:

-Create a new project by choosing File - New - Project.

- Select C++ - General - Empty Project. Give it a name

-During the process of entering the code Visual Studio crashes.

Hot Fix:

To apply the hot fix, follow the steps below:

1. Close Visual Studio.
2. Download the IOA-000060770.zip attached to this thread, and uncompress the files to a temporary location.
3. Locate the folder: \System. (By default, this directory is “C:\Program Files (x86) \InstallShield\2011LE\System")
4. Make a backup copy of file ISUIServices.dll and ISUIServices_libFNP.dll.
5. Copy the new files ISUIServices.dll and ISUIServices_libFNP.dll to \System.
6. Restart Visual Studio.

This is a critical and successful fix, why not distribute it through your 'Check for Updates...'?
