Folder Accessibility install via Install Shield Setup

I am using folder ProgrsamFiles64Folder to install my project with some explicit folder in it .
I want to give them read and write accessibility for everyone , if user not an Administrator then also these folder should have read and write permission.

Unfortunately, setting folder permissions is not available with the limited edition.
I would recommend a VB script custom action to take care of the folder permission settings.
