Feature Transfer Error (Access is Denied) - while installing installscript project

We are getting (Feature Transfer Error-Access Denied) while installing a installscript based project.it happens for one of the data files copying during installation.

The problem only occurred after windows latest update .

Is there any way to copy or wait and re-try file copies during installation?

Any help is appreciated.
