Fatal-error-6002-Error-while-attempting-to-run-the-custom-build-setup-for-objects

I am intermittently getting the error -6002 Error-while-attempting-to-run-the-custom-build-setup-for-objects in a IS-MSI project. I have found various solution in this forum and they all say to eliminate Access but I am not using Access in my project. Any hint about how to solve this problem?
Thank you in advance for any help since I am stuck for this at the moment

I have seen this error be caused by different AV's. Try adding the TEMP folder and InstallShield workspace (Project Folder) to the exclusion list for your AV

Is it related with including 'Access' in the project ?
