Error when running script to shutdown a process.

Hi,

We are using InstallShield 2013. I am trying to run a batch file to kill a process before the install using a custom action. Attached as screenshots are all of the values that I put into the wizard.

I have also attached screen shots of how the batch file was included in the project.

I do not see the batch file on the target machine.

When I try to run the batch file, I see A program run as part of the setup did not finish as expected. Contact your support personnel or package vendor. Action KillWSCDOSCommand, location: C:\Windows\SysWOW64\, command: "C:\Windows\SysWOW64\cmd.exe" /c "C:\Projects\BloomNet\BMSProduction\ProductionRelease_2022_Q1\BMS\BMSWireServiceClient\WireServiceClient C:\Projects\BloomNet\BMSProduction\ProductionRelease_2022_Q1\BMS\BMSWireServiceClient\WireServiceClientkillWSC.bat"
