Error applying transforms.
Hi,
I met this problem strangely: a messagebox showed up with the message "Error applying transforms. Verify that the specified transform paths are valid." when I double click the setup.exe to install the application.
My IS project is converted from 2010 to 2011 and have two languages(English and German).

BTW, if I remove German language, the setup can run successfully.

Even i am facing the same issue during silent installation. It works fine during UI mode of installation.
