Error -3204 Cannot extract icon with index 0

I am getting the following error:

2>ISEXP : error : -3204: Cannot extract icon with index 0 from file C:\Users\Steve\Desktop\Minter Shadow Planner\Minter_Shadow_Planner\Release\Minter_Shadow_Planner.exe.

The links (Flexera knowledge) provided while trouble shooting were not helpful. I can not find the icon library anywhere to change the icon index from 0 to 1.

Also, before using ISLE I was able to save results of calculations to a .txt file. Once the program is installed on the system using LSLE, I can not find the saved .txt file anymore. Do output files need to be specified in the construction of the ISLE project?

I am very new with C++ and MSVS so a very elementary response would be great. Thanks in advance.

If the issue still persists then could you share the exe file which you have used to create a shortcut icon at your end.

Regarding saving results of calculations to a .txt file.

Could you let us know if the .txt file is created by the application when it is launched or is it included with the application.
