Error 1935 - An error occurred during the installation of assembly component

Hi,

One of our customer is getting an error while installing on Windows 10. The error is:

Error 1935 - An error occurred during the installation of assembly component {D72DDA45-EE3D-3264-ABD3-3A34626903F2}. HRESULT=0x80070543.

The debug log is also attached.

Can you please help me figure out what is causing this error?

We are using Installshield 2019.

I run the repair tool but it didn’t fixed the issue. Same error. Below recommendation applied.

Any other ideas?
