I builded a package to update my application,but failed during update in some OS,below is the detail information:
Installshield version:2019
Previous project type:InstallScript MSI Project
Update project type:InstallScript MSI Project
Target machine OS:Windows7/Windows10/Windows Server 2016/Windows Server 2012……
Information:The upgrade package executes correctly on some Windows10 and the update is successful；But failed on some other Windows10(which language is Chinese) during costfinalize action.the error code is 1603 and the messagebox shows 'Error 1603: A fatal error occurred during installation'.
The successed OS version is:10.0.14393
The failed OS version is:10.0.18363.592 and 10.0.19042.1110 (Chinese)
