Error 1053: The service did not respond to the start or control request in a timely f

I am getting following error when starting the service manually from Service panel on Vista machine. I am installing service using my Install script project.

When i install service manually it works fine but when i install service using my installer it throws following error message.

Error 1053: The service did not respond to the start or control request in a timely fashion.

Any clue?
Any help is greatly appreciated.
