How do you give Elevated privilege in InstallScript project not BASIC MSI.
or
How to tackle UAC issues when using InstallScript project.

No Custom Actions used. Only pure Scripting.

InstallScript projects can only elevate at the beginning. So (ignoring any gymnastics which would relaunch itself with ShellExecute runas), it's all controlled by the manifest. You can select the desired execution level in the release options, Setup.exe tab.
