Easiest upgrade

I have licenses for InstallShield 2016 Professional Service Provider Perpetual License and InstallShield 2015 Premier both i would like to update/upgrade. We do not have a support agreement in place and just want to know if it is worth the expenditure and what benefits would i get.

Both product do what i need to do so not sure..!
