Dynamic file linking in a InstallScript project?

I have this older Installscript project I have to upgrade every year because new files come out. I'd like to use dynamic linking to the content files, but so far it seems this feature is just not available in this type of project. Or am I wrong? Is there a way?

The content is question are SQL Scripts that I would like to dynamicly build and run.

Yes, I think InstallScript components have a Link Type setting you can use to switch between static and dynamic links.
