Dynamic File Link Option Dialog Box

Hi, does anyone know how to get back the Dynamic File Link Option Dialog Box?

And undo the "don't display this message again".

In the Installation Designer go to the ORGANIZATION > Components in the left-pane
Select a component  in the middle-pane
Pop the component caret down and select Files
Right-click in the right-pane titled Files
Select Dynamic File Linking
