Dialogs not displayed correctly in non English systems
I am using InstallShield 2012 Spring Premier to create installation package for supporting multiple language installs. The Dialogs look fine on a English OS, but are not displayed properly in other languages (including some double byte languages). My build PC is Windows 7 x64 Professional.
Does the build PC require Language packs to be installed? When I check the Microsoft website it says language packs can only be installed on Win 7 Ultimate and Enterprise versions.
(Note: In the past I have had the same project work fine when using a Windows XP Professional build PC)
What is the recommended approach to get it to work?

In Release view, configuration N - > Build tab, set Yes to Build UTF-8 Database setting.

In the help document it says this setting applies only to MSI projects. Mine is an InstallScript project type. What do I do in this case?
