Create website in IIS
I am wanting to create a website using installshield, but I want the website that is created to replace the existing default one, is this something that installshield would do as default or would it place it as virtual directory?
Thanks in advance

Generally speaking, the IIS functionality provided by InstallShield will not replace any existing IIS items on a target machine. For example, if you add a website to your project, and the IP address, port number, and site number describe a website that already exists on a machine your setup will run on, the setup will not change any settings on the existing site (this also applies to virtual directories). It is possible to install new websites if needed.
