Create web application using installsheild 2010

Hello,
I want to create an installer that do the following:

1 - Add a virtual directory to IIS7.

2 - Run sql server script that create a database.

3 - add some additional exe(s) files that are used in the web application.

Mention that the web application is developed using visual studio 2010.

you can create an virtual directory from "Internet information services"
you can run SQL Scripts from "SqlScripts "
and i didnt get adding additional exes ,do you mean that you want to add exe files to the setup you can use component wizard to to add files
