Copy folders on uninstall - Where to call?

Hi,

I am using a basic MSI Project. Basically what I would like to achieve is on uninstall I want to copy a folder from one location to another. I know the correct command to perform this.

However I do not know where to put it in my installscript so that it will execute on uninstall?
Is there some sort of stardard function e.g. OnUninstalling\OnUninstall...etc that I can add to call my code in?

Any help would be greatly appriciated. Thanks
