Convert Installshield 11 Express Project

Can Installshield 13 Express import and convert an Installshield 11 Express project?

I'm assuming that when you refer to InstallShield 13 Express, you are referring to InstallShield 2013 Express (which is the last version that was released). If that is the case, you can open your InstallShield 11 Express project in this new version. When you do that, InstallShield displays a message box that asks you if you want to convert the project to the new version. If you reply that you do want to convert it, InstallShield creates a backup copy of the project with a file extension such as .773 before converting it.

That does not sound like a very definitive answer, and it seems as if nobody has ever tried it, so I guess I am better off staying with the Express 11 version.
