I am new to Installshield and had a legacy project built in 2008. I have upgraded it to 2012 and it is working fine on Win XP when I install it. However to run it on Win7 64bit or 2008 I have to explicitly set the compatibility mode in properties of the package. I don't need to the same with a package created using installshield 2008. I have been looking around the web and the community since yesterday and can't seem to find what may be causing this.
