Code Signing Certificate Question

We are trying to purchase a code signing certificate. How do we go about generating a Certificate Signing Request (CSR). Can anyone point me in the right direction for this? We have done this for websites, but never for software, so I would imagine it is a different process. Is this done through InstallShield? Much appreciated.

I have figured this out. There is a third party application that can generate this.
