Clean Installer Database / REgistry
How can I remove ALL references to my installed application, features, components, etc. from the registry and installer database? I've got an InstallScript MSI setup that won't upgrade OR remove all installed features and I think I need to start fresh.

As a last last last last resort, Microsoft provides a Windows Installer Cleanup Utility to clear out the internal MSI data for a product. I believe the Microsoft KB describes what that utility does and doesn't clean up...

I used the Windows Installer Cleanup Utility but that didn't correct the problem. More details on my specific problem can be found in the following thread:

As a follow up, the install/uninstall works just fine on my Win2K box. Must be something to do installation under Vista or my Vista configuration. It'll probably be a few days before I can test it against a fresh Vista OS.
