Cannot download/register for installshield LE for Visual Studio

I'm trying to register to download the software and when I complete the registration information I get the following error on the web page: An error has occurred processing your registration for InstallShield Limited Edition.

Any ideas?

Could you please provide me the link from which you are trying to download InstallShield Limited Edition and also the browser being used. This would probably help me understand the problem better.

yesterday afternoon we made some changes to the InstallShield Limited Edition registration page. It may have been a matter of bad timing as those updates were being published. Please try again.
