Take for example someone buys and activates your product. They want a refund. How do we, the developers, deactivate this persons product if they refuse to uninstall it?
No. Once the product is activated on the end user's machine it will not connect to the activation service so it's impossible to desctiveate it. You can however disable their serial number so that they will not be able to activate the product again, in case they uninstall it and try to reinstall it on another machine.
