Since installing IS 2008 I can't disable the update notifications in any new projects created in either 11.5 or 2008. If I set it to No it ignores it and when revisiting that section it is set back to Yes. Anyone else experience this or offer a suggestion?
Are you using Flex Net Connect (Update Service) in your projects?
If not, go to the Redistributables view and remove the Update Service or Flex Net Connect Merge Module.
If it is still is not working, there may be some corrupt data in your ISM file and I may need to take a look at it. Just ZIP the ISM up and send it to:
