Can not open the link to release notes

I can not open the link to the release notes. Is it only me or is it something wrong..

I just feel that it would be good to know whats in the new release??

Which browser and version are you using?

If, for example, you're using the latest version of IE, you may need to turn on compatibility mode by clicking the Compatibility View button. It's to the right of the address bar in IE. Its icon has a broken page.

I have the same problem viewing the release notes under Chrome 18.0.1025.168, IE 9 with and without compatability mode as well as Firefox 12. All under Windows 7 x64.

Ah, thanks for reporting that! I'm looking into why the KB article version isn't available. In the meantime, hopefully the PDF files that Kevin referenced will suffice.
