CREATOR OWNER on folder - windows 7

Hi,

I've created to different installations.
both were installed successfully on windows 7 machine (with UAC on).
one folder has an CREATOR OWNER privileges, and second doesn't, which make UAC block any acess to the second directory.

how can I set the CREATOR OWNER privilige to my second directory as well (during the installation)? and where is it set?

I'm using InstallShield 2008.

You can use "icacls" exe to set permissions to folder in Win7.
icacls command has to be run from command prompt with elevated privilages.
