Bring LaunchApplication window in Focus/foreground?

I'm using the following to launch an application

LaunchApplication(s_exefile, s_cmdLine, "", SW_SHOWMAXIMIZED, INFINITE, LAAW_OPTION_SHOW_HOURGLASS | LAAW_OPTION_WAIT);

I've tried SW_SHOW, SW_NORMAL - but the window still shows up behind the installshield wizard, while the installer itself is waiting for the launched application to finish.

 I am not able to reproduce this issue from my end with the latest version of the Installashield.

Can you  see whether you are able to reproduce the issue with "LaunchApp"

And is it reproducible only one system, or in all system.
