Activation of InstallShield

I have a licensed version of InstallShield 2016. But the machine on which this was installed is crashed. I have the activation key ready with me.

Could you please let me know steps to be followed so that I can activate InstallShield on another machine. I am not able to uninstall InstallShield on earlier machine or surrender the license from there as that machine has crashed.

Please contact Flexera support for immediate response on product activation related issues, especially in this case it is required to unlink the old machine details from the server,
