Activation of 2012 Spring is ok, but product still in trial.

Hello, After about 4 years I started my InstallShield 2012 Spring and it needs activation. So I activate it again and dialog shows - all is ok, serial number was activated succesfully. But InstallShield is still in trial mode. What is wrong? Thanks Zdenek

Hi,

 

Are you trying to activate on same machine where you had activated before?If so it would be in need of reactivation i guess,in that case do the following:

  • TSConfig.exe /return (TSConfig.exe you could find under <IS INSTALLDIR>\<IS_Version>\System
  • TSConfig.exe /activate

If you are trying to activate on some other machine,try returning from the previous machine and activate on new machine.
