If i do a major upgrade with full ui all works fine. The ADDLOCAL variable contains all features which were installed before. When i try the upgrade installation in quiet or unattended mode the ADDLOCAL variable will not be set. The MigrationFetureStates is ok and the components will be installed correctly but i use this variable in some custom actions. Whats wrong?
