2 Projects 1 Installation

Hello.

Question:
Can i make installShield install 2 diferent files in 2 diferent directorys?

Example:
C:\A\File1
C:\B\File2

A and B are statics names, but the "root" ( C: ) depends on the user choice.

Can someone give me a hint about this=??
