1152 Error extracting to temporary location

he, I've just downloaded Installshield 2012 limited edition for visual studio 2012. Whwn I try to install it, it gives an error message saying "1152 Error extracting to temporary location". I've tried running it with admin rights and in Win 7 compatibility mode, but none worked.
I'm using Windows 8 Pro 64 bit; if that helps.

Please suggest what should I do.
