Cause

This issue is a Java issue, not an InstallAnywhere issue. This issue is due to a Bug in Java 6.

Workaround

To resolve this issue, use Java 7 for InstallAnywhere 2012, InstallAnywhere 2013, and later InstallAnywhere versions or Java 8 for InstallAnywhere 2014 and later InstallAnywhere versions to run the installer.
