licenses generation : lmcrypt failed

Hi ,

I need to generate a license using the Web UI :  
https://flexerasoftware.flexnetoperations.com/control/inst/generatelicenses
But when I launch the generation, it fails :

The call to lmcrypt failed.
java.lang.reflect.InvocationTargetException

-> License Type: InstallAnywhere Perpetual License InstallAnywhere 2020 Perpetual License

Same issue using Chrome or Firefox.

Any hint ?

After several attempts , I've finally generated a license successfully.
Still do not understand  why I had to launch the generation multiple times ...
