We use InstallAnywhere 2018 SP 1.

Our installers don’t work anymore on Mac 10.14.6 - Java 8u251 (1.8), neither 10.15 or 11 (Big Sur).

We have the splashscreen (enlarged), then an error message pops up.

Here is the detailed error message:

The error message in Mac console log is : RETURNING UnknownFS PLACEHOLDER: <private>

Previous and new installers of our product don’t work anymore.

The problem is solved.

An old screen was used and it caused the problem.
Screen replacement solved the problem.
