Is it possible to keep 2011 and 2012 Enterprise version on the same windows machine?

Yes, it is perfectly possible, I used to have more than 2 versions on the same machine!

Ok, please note that this is borderline in respect to the EULA: I think that it is said you should use only one version at a time, but you can argue that you never use 2 versions at the same time. Actually, this is needed most likely to support older version for which you cannot upgrade the IA versions...
