ia_jre_extraction_dir leftovers

I've built installers which have been bundled with Java 1.6.0_00. On Linux 64-bit and Solaris machines, I've noticed this getting left behind in my installation directory:

\ia_jre_extraction_dir_1029.tmp\
\ia_jre_extraction_dir_1029.tmp\jre\
\ia_jre_extraction_dir_1029.tmp\jre\.systemPrefs\
\ia_jre_extraction_dir_1029.tmp\jre\.systemPrefs\.system.lock
\ia_jre_extraction_dir_1029.tmp\jre\.systemPrefs\.systemRootModFile

Has anyone else noticed this behaviour?
