Unable to install packages nor fetch database

Unable to install packages or view logs even though logs options are enabled and also unable to fetch database in InstallAnywhere. But the build is successful.
I have attached the screenshot of the packages Which I am trying to install. 
Also, could you share the steps on how to install these software tools in Installanywhere 2022.

Goto Organization tab -> Hosts -> click Add host, you can add application server or Database depends on your requirement.

If still issue, Please contact the support team, they will be able to help you with the problem.

I`m still facing the same issue. I already contact the support team But still, they didn`t help me regarding this issue.

Do you have case number to check? also please give me more details about the issue to check it further. Any error message? log?
