hi, the installanywhere gets stuck at many places and when i close it using windows task manager,the installer is unable to load the installation script saying please try out with a back up.
On what platform does this happen? Does this happen on more than one platform? Depending on the answers to this question, it might be a platform issue (or not). Otherwise, it's because of the things done in your installer, but without the project and / or the built installer, it's impossible to tell for sure what the problem is.
HI , i am unable to solve this problem of the installer wherein the installer gets stuck at some places .The installer gets stuck at many places and when i stop it using task manager,the script fails to load. It happens on Windows XP professional. I
James, as stated in my previous post, this issue of the installer getting stuck "at too many places" is a far too general one in order to even think about solving it. I'm afraid that without your .iap_xml project and maybe your installer built nothing more can be done.
