Registering rpm problem

Hi

I am unable to find my product in rpm after installation.
Despite the fact that I install the product with root user, installation logs show following error:

RPM Error: java.lang.NullPointerException

I use Red Hat Enterprise Linux Server release 6.4 (Santiago) and InstallAnywhere 2012 Enterprise Build 4349

I would be very grateful for any ideas!

I'm not sure anyone uses this feature (RPM registration).
