No Resource tab in Preferences dialog

I am missing the Resource tab as well as the Source Paths tab in the Preferences dialog. I want to add a resource path for vms but cannot due this missing tab.

Where is it?

On what platform does this happen? Have you installed the Service Pack 1 or not?

Running on Windows XP Pro.

Oh, so it's an IA standard version... I know that there are differences between Enterprise and Standard, but I'm not sure that not being able to define a source path is something missing in Standard version.
