Installer not working on mac os x (stuck)

Hi all, I compiled the very basic installer into a MAC no-VM version and I tried to run it on 2 Mac's but it's not working.
the same problem happened every time.
it's showing the preloader window , only gray window appear and the preloading. after that it's give an alert and stuck.
it's happened on two macs.
can someone help me?

Mac os x 10.8
java installed: 1.6* (tried 1.7 too)

It's a problem with the Java for Mac OS X that causes blank dialog boxes -- The solution is also on there.
