Installer does not work in Virtual Appliance

I include a pre-built installer in appliance (First Boot Time).
But it does not work. Even the files are not copied to the virtual machine.
What is the problem?

Hello,

When you add the Pre-build Installers in the build Appliance configuration, did you get any error message on console?

For Pre-build Installer; the installer should be install.bin file.

Please provide us the more information.
