InstallAnyWhere License server - Connection not available

Hello All,

Here we have IA license server running on a separate network on port 27002, and a team wants to connect from india over VPN with firewalls at the both the ends opened up for port 27002.

IP visible to india is NATted IP of IA license server

When we do "telnet 27002", port is listening..

But when we tried registering, using "build -ls :27002" we are getting following error: "The license server (:27002) is unavailable".

Please suggest what could be wrong here..? Any idea would be really great..
