Install Anywhere 2021 SP1 Freeze open existing project (Already Licensed)

Hello,

I am a Install Anywhere Licensed user, we are trying to upgrade from Install Anywhere 2018 to Install Anywhere 2021. And I installed Install Anywhere 2021 and Installed Sp1. And License Server is entered, but it stuck on the Open existing project, the open panel freeze to gray and has no response, see attached image. But create new project is working.

 

PS: My OS is MacOS Big Sur 11.5.2

 

Also the build.command is huanging if I tried to invoke it through terminal, please advise what I can do.

As a workaround, select "Create a new project", this will open the UI. From there, you can use the drop-down file/open menu to select the project you want to open. You will be prompt with a Mac OS panel to allow IA to access a specific folder. Just select "Allow".

Now , next time you open IA, you should be able to choose the "Open existing project ..." option.
