IA2009 does not trim the trailing spaces in properties file.

Hi

IA is not trimming the trailing spaces in the values provided in the properties
file. suppose , I wish to use a IA variable $TESTVAR$ during installation,
in the properties file , i give TESTVAR=____VALUE____
while installing it vm loads the TESTVAR takes VALUE____ Please treat __ as
whitespace.

any inputs ??

Well, for me '_' is '_' and whitespace is ' ' or 'TAB', they are not at all the same thing!

You'll have to make a custom action to trim off the whitespace.
