Getting License expired error with Install Anywhere 2010
When I try to use Install Anywhere 2010 enterprise version, it is giving following error.
[ia] Using Properties set in iabuild.xml
[ia] IA_HOME is pre-defined access path. Please quit InstallAnywhere, and change the system environment variable to something other than IA_PROJECT_DIR,USER_HOME,IA_HOME, or IA_RESOURCE_DIR. Then restart InstallAnywhere.
[ia] The evaluation period has expired.
When I try to register it online, it is showing that the serial number is already registered (Message is "This serial number has already been registered."). Please help in resolving this @ the earliest.

You should ask directly the support about licensing issues.

Do we need to run the application only with the registered user name?
I am not aware of the registered user name as the support team in our company has registered the serial no. and could not remember it now. Please help in resolving this issue.

Yes, IA license and therefore registration is on a per-user basis. I still think you should contact the support on this license issue, as only they have access to such information.
