Folder permission on windows7

Hi, I met a problem that I create a folder for temp files in installer, but in windows7, the temp file cannot put in the folder unless application start using "runas administrator".

While I don't want start apps by "runas administrator" every time, So I want change the permission of the folder with "Everyone full control".

Does anyone knows how to change folder permissions in InstallAnywhere 2010? I'll appreciate for any suggestion.
